He knows what he’s talking about.
Love Ian. I May disagree with some things he says but he covers all the bases anyway. Great to listen to.

Forget the rest Ian knows best!
Remember Ian’s first shows I think it was early 2000s or late 90s on Tampa Bay radio. Forget about the media writers and talk show hosts and website writers, they are guessing. Want to know really what is going on in sports and football and Tampa Bay, ask a lineman who played in the league! All year long he has told us the Bucs just were not good this year, guess what he was right! He tells you why, not just throwing stuff out speculation. I miss him on Tampa Bay radio.

    Love the show
Bucs fan from way back born in 1980 in Tampa, so I’m a very happy fan right now! I love the show and your opinions just wish it was a longer podcast

    Great knowledge w unique perspectives
Have been listening to Ian since on the R&I show, they were hands down my favorite. Don’t have time to listen to their show now, but definitely miss it. This podcast, was even better! Since R&I got back together, you get 25% of what ITCs used to be. You used to get 40 minutes of in-depth thoughts from a guy that used to PLAY FOR THE BUCS, often w/ awesome guests from around TB media. The Trevor S interviews were the best. But once a week, you get the (usual) 2+ minutes of ads, only now followed by 9ish minutes of diluted, glossed-over content. Worse-yet, now content from his other political podcast is overflowing into ITCs. The listener feels caught in an echo chamber, when all they came for was the Bucs talk. March 2020 until now has sucked. When I have looked to listen to the last 4 weeks’ ITC podcasts, I see: 6/22 Confidence Camp will start on time, 6/15 the domino effect of COVID-19, 6/8 sports and politics will always collide, and 6/2 Football Just isn’t Important right now. ... but on this podcast it’s supposed to be!! Haha.. like bruh, come-on! I’ve met Ian in-person a couple times. Awesome dude. I still get excited when I see the updated episode logo pop up. And I’ll keep checking’ back in from time-to-time, in hopes it gets better again. ... But I just can’t right now. Ian, if you’re reading this, I’d recommend either give it 100% effort or put it on hold, for now. ✌🏼

    Your words matter
All lives can’t matter if black lives don’t matter. Thank you.

Didn’t need his one sided political take
Ian shouldn’t have put out the podcast episode where he gave his one-sided biased opinion on the country. He did say he didn’t agree with the rioting and looting but constantly gave that false narrative the cops are the problem with this country now without any evidence. Perhaps he can delve why black people commit so much crime, don’t graduate from high school, born without a father, engage in dealing and taking drugs, aborting babies, killing each other and cops in record fashion. Stick to sports brother!

    Honest Bucs Talk
Ian provides great perspective as a former player that you can’t get any where else. Ian is a straight shooter and gives you honest Bucs insight. Keep up the great work and a great weekly listen for Bucs fans. Go Bucs!

    Love it but....
I love the show but I don’t like the way Radio Influence makes me hear excerpts from another show after Ian’s. I’m usually in heavy traffic so I can’t easily switch to something else so I’m stuck listening to someone yammer on about wrestling or something else equally unappealing and stupid.

    Show
Great knowledge, but left for a few months because the nonstop McCoy bashing even after he left the team. Came back today and still there. Kind of annoying. Move on!! Besides that solid show overall.

    What did I listen too
Not sure how he does this but he manages to say nothing in his podcasts. They are like 10 minute soliloquy’s with no point rhyme or reason. Just don’t put a podcast out of you don’t have something informative or interesting to share.

    Shoots it straight!!!
Finally some unbiased talk about our beloved Bucs, can only listen to so many “this guy and that guy is gonna be great” and everything is going to turn out great for the bucs

Easily the best Bucs podcast by far the most down to earth nothing comes close.

    Honesty
For real Bucs fans who want honesty and not fluff. This is for you. Ian knows the game inside and out. He can tell from his experience why guys are good and why guys are a bust. It’s very refreshing to listen to because being a Bucs fan is not easy. Itsabucslife but Ian makes it better. Good work Canadian Bacon !!

Good insight from a former Buc!
No fluff here, just straight honest football talk from a former Buccaneer player. Getting the opinions and behind the scenes info of a former player is part of what makes this podcast so unique.... that and the fact that Ian is 100% not afraid to share what he thinks. I’m an out state Bucs fan who is starved for all the Bucs content I can get so I was happy to find another great podcast and was even more excited to see he’s contributing to the best Buccaneer website out there, Pewterreport. I’ve been subscribed for a few months now and I’m STARTING to think that Ian isn’t the biggest Gerald McCoy fan in the world. I could be wrong here.... hope you read this Ian. You’re the man, I remember watching you play!

    Love the realism!
Ian is the man! Even though I disagree with some of his views, he still keeps it real and speaks from experience about the game of football. Keep it up Ian! Also the cast could be longer!👍

    Great podcast
Love that this guy has a take and has the proof to back it instead of just a outlandish statement with no meat behind it.

The Real scoop with Ian Beckles
The hard hitting truth from a former NFL player and Buccaneer. Sometimes the truth may hurt but it’s necessary.
  • KfromFLA
Honest evualuations are hard to find.
Thanks for having the courage to call it the way it is. Too many comentators worry about what peole will think rather than providing honest assesments of individual performace. Your podcast is refreshing.

    Ian is a good listen
Intelligent football talk. I like his real takes on the Bucs. I don’t always agree but he valid points.
  • ORGANICHUMANLIFEFORM
    Unique Point of View
I love Ian's point of view as a former player. He is at his best when explaining a point using examples from his own experiences.

    Best Bucs podcast
This is by FAR THE BEST podcast for Bucs fans. Great insight from a ex player who doesn’t pull any punches and isn’t worried about being politically correct! Great job Ian, Mr. Peppa

Good content. Audio Quality kills it.
I really like Ian and the content of this podcast, but after 2 months of listening every week, the audio quality has forced me to shut it off. The hard consonant pops are even more exaggerated because of Ian’s strong voice. And audio fades in and out as Ian moves his head close to and then away from his mic. Ian, if you’re ever reading this, please take this as constructive and not critical. But please invest in a pop filter and stay at the same spot on your mic. I’ll go back and amend this review if that gets fixed. But for now, this is the best I got

    Ian tells it straight!
I like be having takes from someone who has been in the locker room. He tells it how he sees it.
  • Charger1971
    Too political
I wish the media would realize that sports is escapism. Yet they want to force politics down our throats.
  • btampa
    Ian Beckle's doing Gawwd's work!
I love hearing what a former NFL pro has to say to balance out all the opinions from the sports writers and others in the media. Ian's insight's are as legit as it gets. We are extremely lucky to have him in the Bay area!
